RIGHI ELETTROSEVIZI BECOME TECHNOLOGY PARTNER OF FIVES INTRALOGISTICS FOR ONE OF THE PRINCIPAL DUTCH LOGISTIC CENTER

Year after year, Righi Elettroservizi SpA, continues to carry on its international expansion with new jobs, which bring the Company to play new challenges across borders.

In the past months the Italian Company has participated, as Technology Partner of Fives Intralogistics, leader company in the development of material handling and sorting solutions for the intralogistics sector, in the realization of the control system of one of the principal automated logistic center, in Waalwijk, Netherland.

Righi Elettroservizi, through its expertise and know-how, has took care of the executive electrical engineering, of the supply of the control panels of the automation system, of the electrical installation on site and of the commissioning assistance of the entire Five Intralogitic’s supply. The supply was composed by 18 production line, one Sorter of about 400meters, 348 slides for the packages exit and other tapes necessary to make the system completely integrated inside the Dutch factory.

Thanks to the Profinet/Profisafe communication structure, installed by Righi Elettroservizi, will be possible to verify in real time the apparatus status, minimizing the use of personnel, which will manage other activities, increasing the efficiency of the entire system.

At the end of the works, foreseen for November 2020, the new logistic center will be able to sort about 24.000 packages per hour. The system will be extremely flexible and will be able to manage contemporary, packages with a weight from 100gr to 10kg, ensuring great competitiveness on the market.
